Haris (32), a motorcycle-taxi drivers near the location said the damage has been existed more than one year. "The damage is severe enough. It has been going on since one year," he told, Thursday (8/25).

He suspected, many manhole covers were stolen by irresponsible people. "I hope it can be fixed soon," he hoped.

Responding on this matter, Head of West Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept, Imron Syahrin admitted has known the case. "We have begun to do reparation by sending officer in the field," he closed.
